The Danish Tax Authorities had imposed vehicle registration tax on a person who had relocated from Denmark. The person had failed to notify the National Register of his emigration and the Tax Authorities were of the opinion that his abode still was in Denmark.
When the case pended at the National Tax Tribunal Bachmann/Partners Law Firm successfully documented thar the person´s abode was not in Denmark and that he in fact had emigrated to Germany. Based on the submitted evidence the National Tax Tribunal rejected the Tax Authorities ruling.
